Having recently spent four nights at this apartment hotel I can only praise its staff and facilities.

To begin with the location in the outer parts of the old town is so quiet at night it literally feels like a village-no noises of any kind other than seagulls. The staff is very helpful and especially Evita who proved to be invaluable when we needed to arrange a Covid 19 test on short notice and encountered difficulties. She went out of her way to help us in no time and for that we're thankful for her.Having breakfast in the terrace outside was absolutely marvelous: so cozy, so intimate and serene. Unlike conventional hotels breakfast is served almost a la carte as you get to choose from a fixed menu which is way more than sufficient to kick off the day. Everything was fresh and well done by skilled hands. On my next visit to Riga I will by all means stay again at this boutique hotel.

I don't know what else I could add to the previous reviews. One of the best places we stayed on our trip to the Baltics. Staff, room, breakfast, amenities - all top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay here! Of course the exterior of the building is incredible, but it's the service inside and rooms that really make this hotel top-notch. Every staff member I met was so kind and helpful. I had a room on the top floor facing the courtyard - it was so quiet and comfortable. I loved the couch and little seating area to relax after my long walks around Riga. Everything was just perfect - the bathroom was big and bathtub was very deep for a relaxing bath. I highly recommend Neiburgs Hotel and would definitely stay here again. It made my trip to Riga memorable and most importantly, very comfortable.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! First of all location is great - so close to all interesting Riga places, in beautiful old tenement house. As we were there in December, it was 2-3 minutes walk from X-mass market. We loved it! Just after opening main entrance door, you can feel it’s perfectly clean and nice place. Service was so good, nice people will make you feel really comfortable. We stayed in 2-level apartment on 6th floor and it was great choice. Lovely views out of windows, comfortable living-room, kitchenette, big sleeping-room, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, comfortable desk to work with view on the city were great. Everything so perfectly clean(!) what we loved too much. We really highly recommend staying there while visiting Riga. Ps. Tasty breakfasts were served in lovely restaurant in the hotel.

Как всегда безупречно всё! От запахов до качества подушек. И к этому прилагается достойнейший вид из окна. Расположение отеля вне конкуренции. Плюс один из лучших ресторанов города. И бар! Отель со вкусом во всех отношениях.

Consistently high calibre and customer service oriented staff, efficiently functional and quality amenities plus elegant ambience are for my husband and I the hallmarks of an excellent hotel. In our opinion, the Hotel Neiburgs is the "gold standard" of any hotel that we have experienced in our international travels. We can confidently write about high quality consistency. We stayed at the Neiburgs for two weeks in July 2015 and returned in June 2016 for a stay of 16 nights. Both stays have been remarkable for the most attentive and customer focussed staff one could hope to encounter.
